Cheer

At St. Johns PAL, we provide sideline and competitive cheerleading options, partnering with Pop Warner Football and Cheer. Our sideline program serves ages 5-15, competitive program ages 5-13.

Sideline Cheer operates August 1st to mid-October, Competitive Cheer from football season's conclusion to early December.



Both programs are available for girls and boys interested in cheerleading regardless of skill level.  If you would like more information please email
